Download and complete the CMAP Member Registration form found here.
Submit CMAP Member Registration form to Gemserv at CMAP@gemserv.com who will be in contact with further details on how to progress with CMAP membership.
CMAP operates using a Secretariat to facilitate meetings and accurately record meeting outcomes. A nominal membership fee is charged to members annually to cover these costs. Further details can be provided on request.
